About

A systems thinker who has also sold by hand.

  • Systems thinker
  • AI transformation
  • MBA
  • Founder

Stefan Battistetti builds go-to-market systems for small businesses. He thinks in systems: how data, process and measurement feed each other, and where a machine should take over from a person.

At Mediaplus, part of the Serviceplan Group, he leads AI transformation work: getting data and processes ready for AI. His automated reporting pipelines cut the manual work by 90%.

During his MBA he studied systems thinking and marketing: the models behind how markets and companies behave.

He also founded cbovero, a food company, and sold it by hand until it closed. That's where he learned how sales and marketing work in the field, mostly by making the mistakes himself. So he knows the other side too: a good product, too little time, and sales that stop whenever the founder gets busy.

Sound familiar?

Your sales aren't broken. They're in pieces.

Three things keep most small businesses stuck.

01

No time

Follow-ups, replies and posts happen at night, or not at all. The product comes first.

02

Guessing

You can't tell which channel brings sales, so you keep doing a bit of everything.

03

In pieces

Leads in the inbox, notes on the phone, numbers in a spreadsheet. Five tools, no system.

AI multiplies what's already there. So the base comes first.

The system

Three layers. In this order.

Data is the foundation, process runs on it, agents run the process. Skip a layer, and the AI just automates the mess.

01 Data 02 Process & numbers 03 AI agents & plays Your GTM engine
In this order, it compounds.
  1. 01 · Data

    Your customer base

Know who buys, and where they came from.

    • One place for every customerLeads from inbox, phone, shop and forms in one CRM. No duplicates.
    • A source on every leadSo you see which channel brings buyers, not just clicks.
    • Your best-fit customersWho buys most and most often, and who looks like them.
  2. 02 · Process & numbers

    Your sales rhythm

Every step written down. Every week measured.

    • Clear stepsFrom first enquiry to paid invoice, with a name on each step.
    • Rules that run themselvesReply within a day, follow up on day 3 and 7, reminders that fire on their own.
    • Three numbers every MondayEnquiries, conversion, revenue by channel. One dashboard.
  3. 03 · AI agents & plays

    Your autopilot

Agents do the repetitive work. You keep the conversations.

    • Reply agentEvery enquiry answered, qualified and routed in minutes, also at night.
    • Follow-up agentOpen quotes and quiet leads get a nudge on time, in your tone.
    • Win-back agentPast customers hear from you when it's time to buy again.
    • Research agentA short brief on every lead before you pick up the phone.

The GTM engine

One closed loop. One goal: more revenue.

Every sales and marketing action runs inside one loop, supervised by AI. New ideas get tested and measured. What works gets automated, and so does everything repetitive.

The engine
Runs the repetitive work and scales what works.
You
Talk to customers, learn their pains, build the product.
AI-supervised Revenue ↑ 01 Test New plays and messages 02 Measure Every result tracked 03 Learn Keep what works 04 Automate What works and repeats
What changes

Three things change.

Time back for the product

Agents take the repetitive work: replies, follow-ups, reminders. You keep the conversations that need you.

You learn fast what works

Sales and marketing run in a closed loop, supervised by AI and measured. You see what brings sales, drop the rest, and double down.

One system, not ten tools

Defined steps, one place for every customer, one view of sales. Nothing lives in one head or one inbox.

Working together

Start with a check-up. Then build what pays.

I work in your tools and your week, like part of the team. Everything I build stays yours.

1 · Start here

GTM check-up

In one to two weeks I talk to you and your team, look at your data and tools, and find what slows your sales down.

You get a one-page blueprint: what's broken, what it costs you, and what to fix first in the next 90 days. Fixed price. Yours to keep, whether or not we go on.

2 · Then pick a path
  • Automate one process

A process you already run, automated end to end. For example: every quote followed up on day 3 and 7. Fixed scope, live in weeks.

  • Build the GTM engine

The whole system: data, process, agents and the learning loop. I build it, run it and improve it with you, month by month.

  • Advice

You build it in-house. I review, guide and unblock.

  • One call a week. Approvals by message.
  • You own all of it: blueprint, data, setup, code.
  • For small businesses of 2 to 30 people that already sell.
The test

Can AI even see your pipeline?

12 yes/no questions, 5 minutes. Step one of every project.

Data

1 Do all your customers and leads live in one place, not spread across inboxes and phones?

2 Could you export everyone who bought from you in the last 12 months in under 10 minutes?

3 Does each contact exist only once? Check three recent customers.

4 For last month's new customers, can you say where each one came from?

Process

5 Is the path from first contact to sale written down somewhere?

6 Does every enquiry get an answer within 24 hours, even when you're away?

7 If you were away for a week, would someone else know which follow-ups are due?

8 Can you find the notes from your last three customer conversations in under 2 minutes?

Measurement

9 Do you know last month's number of enquiries without counting by hand?

10 Do you know what share of enquiries become paying customers?

11 Do you know which channel brought the most revenue last year?

12 Is there one number you check every week to see if sales are on track?
